Bio
Formed in 2000 Kross Kulcha are a three piece grunge metal band originally hailing from Derby in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia. The two brothers, Justin and Jamie, met up with bass player, Garth Ranger, when they were in their early years of high school and immediately set about writing original material.
As the guys have grown up so has their music, which is filled with strong bass grooves and kick ass lead riffs. Kross Kulcha's lyrics are diverse, from addressing topics such as youth suicide through to more light hearted looks at life, but all resonate with sincerity and passion.
Now based in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia some Kross Kulcha career highlights include:
* Next Big Thing State grand finalists
* WAM Most Popular Local Original Aboriginal Music Act
* Deadly Award nomination
* Tour to Russia and Prague
* Support slot for Hilltop Hoods
* Appearances on ABC's Message Stick
"We all agree here at Message Stick - we thought that Kross Kulcha is a great band." ABC Message Stick
After taking a short break from performing, Kross Kulcha have regrouped in 2011. With a stack of killer new material, Kross Kulcha are ready to rock the world.
