Krunk4Christ Ministries
This ministry is designed to bring hope and healing to the youth of Nashville. We are young men who want to help make a difference in today’s society, by giving our time and talent back to the community. We have watched how the devil has stolen our young people from us and we want to get them back. Our main mission is to influence Nashville youths and win as many souls as God will allow us to meet.
Krunk4Christ is the name given to us by God. It tells our background and testimony at the same time. Now that God has given us the name, he also has birth in us a way to reach out to the young people of Nashville. Bringing together our young gospel music artists, praise dancers, and youth ministries in the city. Now uniting all of these people together will increase the ministries by the numbers of who are young and saved. Krunk4Christ will provide some different styles of ministry. By using gospel rap, mime dancing, and youth ministries together to relate to the young people. Block parties, skating parties, and youth rallies will be the vehicles Krunk4Christ will use to win souls.
Brian Carter and DeLando Smith is known for the teen parties they DJ and put on here in Nashville. After coming to Christ, they are currently hosting the radio show “Krunk4Christ”, on WFSK 88.1FM. They are also the Ministers of Music at Nashville Outreach Community Center. Brian is a master in mixing music together and that’s the format of the radio show. Young people are turned on by rap music and he is using hip-hop and r&b beats, and putting them together with gospel songs. DeLando used his microphone skills to flow with beats and change the words to give God praise. He also will be one of the host during the Krunk4Christ events, while Brian DJ the events.
Carlos Hale is known across Nashville for his works on WNSG 1240 AM radio for the last two and half years. After coming to Nashville from Memphis, he got involved with the community. He has put on youth rallies, skate parties, and block parties for the young people in the city. He left a life of growing up as a gang member and drug dealer. Carlos now shows young people lives can be change with hope and abiding faith in Christ. He will display his talents in playing gospel music and hosting the event Krunk4Christ.
Vincent Zirker is a young man who is known across this city and is showing what God can bring you. Vincent is a powerful speaker who tells how he moved from drug dealing and addiction. He was arrested and spent some years in prison. While in prison he accepted Christ and came out with the mind set to serve God for the rest of his life. Now Vincent goes into the schools as a mentor and positive black role model. He also speaks to the inmates in jail and has a program for those who are recovering drug addicts who are in jail. Vincent will be serving as prayer warrior and speaker in Krunk4Christ.
Krunk4Christ has already made an impact on the city. With three of the members being on the radio, many churches and organizations have already contacted them for events. The group had a major part on MLK Day, bringing about 2,000 young people to the youth rally on Jefferson St. They have DJ parties for churches like Royal Life Ministry Jam Fest and Pentecostal Tabernacle Single Ministry Celebration of Life Banquet. Krunk4Christ ministers in the juvenile jail, where twenty-five out thirty-five young people were saved. Krunk4Christ held the first citywide holy hip-hop youth rally in Nashville with close to a thousands young people in attendance. Krunk4Christ also appear on stage with artists like Kirk Franklin, Dr. Bobby Jones, Lil IRocc Williams, Grits, Out of Eden, and Righteous Riders just to name a few.
Our main mission is to allow God to use us to win souls to the Kingdom of God. Using our God giving talents to help make an impact to our community and sow seeds of hope, healing and salvation to a dying world.
Acts 2:17 “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh: and yours son and daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”
