Bio
KT Tatara is one of the best young comedians
today. Based in Los Angeles, this Washington,
D.C. native has moved up quickly in the comedy
world, winning numerous contests and giving
performances all over the US with no sign of
stopping. KTs comedy is an original style with surprising opinions and unpredictable jokes that
leave fans wanting more. His hip, creative performances cover a wide range of topics, making him likable to any audience.
After attending high school in Woodbridge, Va., KT went on to West Virginia University where he graduated with a B.A. in music with a
communications minor at 20 years of age. While attending WVU, KT worked at various radio stations including the universitys own WWVU-FM
as its Director of Programming, Production, and Jazz Music. It was also during his time at WVU that KT began performing stand-up comedy. It wasnt very long before KT was winning comedy contests at Improv clubs in Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Tampa. In 2003, he was one of the youngest semi-finalists in Comedy Centrals Laugh Riots Stand Up
Competition. Since autumn 2004, KT has co-headlined The New Generation of Comedy Tour at over 30 colleges and clubs across the US. He recently held a guest spot on Sirius Satellite radio and the Si TV show Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. KT also performed for the new TV show Asia Street Comedy on the International channel. With all his accomplishments, KTs meteoric rise in the world of comedy will undoubtedly continue.
