KT The Chosen One

Kristian Tolouis Smith (born July 6, 1987), known simply as, "KT The Chosen One", is an American hip hop recording artist from Arlington, Texas. KT grew up listening to all genres, but loved hip hop and old school funk through it all. He loved to listen and respect the movements and sounds of top names like Tupac, UGK, No Limit Records, Cash Money Records, Lil' Keke and S.U.C., Scarface, Nate Dogg, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, and other respectable artist. Listening to those legends growing up became a great influence on his sound and movement. Chosen One always loved artist with different styles with respectable meanings.
While moving to Houston, TX to attend Texas Southern University, Chosen One quickly began his new life making music with DJ Drejskie and friends. Then, one night with cousin and friends he laid a freestyle that instantly gave him inspiration and vision pursuing music. He started making music with group T.H.U. Ent and creating a team called "Chosen 1 Ent" which includes DJ's, producers, artist, engineers, producers, and videographers. Chosen One has been featured on many songs and mixtapes catching attention all around. He's independently dropped a mixtape "In My Zone" and singles "Drank'd Out" with "Everyday" and "Southside" releasing now. Through his music and stage appearances KT has truly made himself a complete artist showing his talents in many ways.
Chosen One has been apart of major concerts from Nikki Minaj to Southern Moguls Lil' Keke, Webbie, Big Krit, Kyla Kyleon, and others. He has worked with top promoters from Houston, California, DFW area, Killeen, and New York. Every year he unites with T.H.U. Ent for annual picnics thrown for the community bringing out a following for 7 straight years and going. He's even shot his music video on the beach for his first single "Drank'd Out" which brought out hundreds to thousands of people that you can view on Youtube.
KT The Chosen One has showed he has a team and faithful fanbase that has continued to give him motivation. Chosen One has always been told to be different and put meaning behind every title and rhyme which explains "Chosen One."
From writing songs, engineering, personalized clothing and cups, video editing, and to event planning, Chosen One proves he has a great future in front of him. Now it is time to see KT grow in front of our eyes following his motto "Stay Chose." "Stay Chose" doesn't deal with just getting money and women, it expresses the true meaning of making an impact and change in your life, and putting your dreams to accomplishments. "Never giving up when life throws its hardships and curveballs", as KT quoted. From that point on music became KT's happiness.
