Kurt’s baritone voice sails on atmospheric melodies and riffs…I invite you to listen to the tune Summer in Reykjavik and its chorus that grabs you by the guts or the pop-folk ballad Nothin’ to Tie Us Together, perfect for rolling in your pick-up down North American highways…a talented artist and his very successful EP.
- RREVERB

Bio
Kurt Chaboyer came to Montreal from Vancouver as a writer and filmmaker, then soon made the move to songwriting. He’s been performing his songs in his unmistakable low voice for many moons now. Most recently, he hooked up with studio masterminds Miles Dupire-Gagnon and Gabriel Lambert of Montreal's psych bands Elephant Stone and Anemone and they set out to make an album in a style they called “crooner psych”. Launched in the spring of 2017, this album is called Damp Collar.
