KV

Kouvaris Lewis known as “KV” was born in Palatka, Florida. His family moved to Augusta, Georgia, the home of the Masters, where the best of the best meet for Golf. KV was quick to realize that Augusta is not just known for it's beautiful greens, but the struggles to make the true green, known as the gwap (money) on his side of town. So KV began to become serious about rapping in 2005 during his senior year at Glenn Hill High. Then watching his mother suffer from cancer, his urgency to become the best rapper alive was his top priority to give his mother a comfortable life. Listening and studying 2 Pac, Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Outkast and a slew of southern rap icons made him develop the concept of he got “MOJO” and not Swag like what most of the rap industry is saying. Obviously he is not a follower and that is what sets him far apart from the so called Swag rap industry.

KV is on his Planet Mojo looking around on earth and is ready to bring the people on planet Earth into his world. So this mojolistic artist started hitting myspace looking for producers that can relate to his world. Then he meet a team of producers from his side of town in Augusta called 706Hitz. They were making beats that were out of this world and KV immediately took off with them. They were a match made for each other and the chemistry was there since 2005. KV was not only writing his own songs but started learning how to produce his own beats well. All of this mastery of making music propelled KV and 706Hitz to release 3 Mixtapes (Controversy, Mojolistic and Extra Jammin Vol.1).

KV is often pleased but never satisfied so he kept building his team. He kept people on his Planet Mojo and hooked up with another rapper named Sturgis. Sturgis was working with an executive producer named Jaylun Harrell at 1025 Music Group. Then they all got on board the to take a trip to Planet MOJO. KV wanted to take his music to levels that were never obtained. Everyone agreed and now KV is working on his debut CD. He’s recording in state of the art studios in Atlanta with 1025 Music and 706 Hitz. His buzz is with the MOJO is literally eliminating swag rappers not one by one but in immensity. His ambition is to not just to be the best rapper, but the best rap icon in history. Welcome to the journey to PLANET MOJO!
