K-Von The Great

My name is Kevon Smith. In the music industry, I go by the name of K-Von The Great. I'm a 17 year old artist, from Cleveland, Ohio. In this press kit, you'll find music & pictures, I've been booked for a lot of shows around Cleveland. Although, I didn't sell out every show, I've had enough fans in a club to get booked more frequently. However, I did sell out a few events. One being, my album release party for my album, "On My Grown Man" which was held at Club Evolution on October 30, 2010. 600+ teens packed in to see me perform, and get a free copy of the album. I was just recently on a school tour, called "Cool To Be In School." It featured a few other Cleveland artists, and we went to different middle & high schools to perform. I got major love from that tour, which led to schools asking me to come back, or come speak in classrooms.

I've done a lot of radio interviews around Cleveland, at different colleges. I also have one scheduled at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. I recently released my new music video to my song, "I Will Achieve." My fanbase mostly consist of, middle school. high school, and college kids. All ages love the music though. Reason, they relate to what I'm saying. I don't just speak from my life story, I give them their life story, just to a beat.
