Biography

Kylee stepped into her first recording studio at eleven years old to record a song for a school fundraiser, and was hooked. She began writing songs, taught herself to play guitar, and recorded her first demo cd at 13. Kylee is no stranger to the stage having played in bands since she was 15. Kylee toured for four years as background vocalist and acoustic guitar player for recording artist Jessie Farrell. They had the pleasure of touring across Canada opening for Toby Keith, Brooks & Dunn, and Alan Jackson. In 2010 she was runner-up in the Country 107.1FM/BCCMA Big Break contest. Kylee frequently travels to Nashville, where she has written with top Canadian songwriters such as Steven-lee Olsen, Tim Taylor, and Patricia Conroy.
