"Kyle Galanaugh"

Q: Name a band with whom you’d kill to share a tour bus?

Kyle Galanaugh: Definitely U2. There’s so much I want to talk to them about. That band has done more for music and the world than anyone else. Their outlook on music fascinates me.

Q: What are the band’s goals?

Kyle Galanaugh: It is hard to say, given the way the business is going these days. I couldn’t tell you if a major label is right for me. The ultimate goal is sold out arenas all over the world, not for the money or fame, but to change as many people’s lives through music as possible. I play music to give people an outlet. A voice. My goals are endless….

Q: What’s your favorite song you play and why?

Kyle Galanaugh: “Deliver Me”. That is the only song where I don’t play an instrument at the same time. I love to put down the guitar and just connect with the fans. It’s a very spiritual song. Hits me hard every show.

Q: Would you say that you have some groupies at this time?

Kyle Galanaugh: Never did the “Groupie” thing. I have an awesome girlfriend, Kayla. I’m a one girl guy.

Q: What’s the first album/tape/CD you ever owned? Do you still like it?

Kyle Galanaugh: U2’s Joshua Tree. I listened to that record long before I started writing music. It literally did change my life. I still listen to it weekly.

Kyle has currently begun to record his first album with members of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”, Big head Todd and the monsters, The Fray and James Brown. Despite working with some of the idustrys best, Kyle is still completely independent. Along with recording, Kyle has begun to make a reputable name for himself in the Denver and surrounding areas. With multiple radio interviews and live performances. Kyle at the age of 24 begins his journey in Denver, Colorado.
