Bio
Started by Joe Marro and Mack Barrow, l o s t_r o l o d e x was created out of a need to make something relaxing and nostalgic. The sound was inspired by the recent influx of lo-fi music. Blending sounds from real recorded tape loops - along with modern day software - the duo are able to convey their love for hip-hop, jazz and ambient, and present it in a lo-fi fashion. Accompanying them on occasion is: Artem Zhulyev, a saxophonist from Spain, and Alyssa Jay, a Rochester, NY native who provides a beautiful vocal soundscape.
Their debut EP will be available mid November 2019.
