Bio

Four great musicians have come together to tribute two of the hottest bands in the world and bring you one of the most unique tribute shows you will ever see.
In 2007, the members of Lucky 13, an international top 40 cover band, embarked on an exciting tribute project to Coldplay. With the recent release of their award winning CD Viva La Vida this new tribute Coldplayers became an overnight success. Their first show at Healys Roadhouse in Toronto was quickly followed by a sold-out benefit concert at Torontos premier live music venue, The Opera House. With help from their biggest fans, Elevation The International U2 tribute, Coldplayers quickly built an international fan base, adding shows in Bermuda, New York City, Cleveland, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan to their growing tour schedule. They have also been invited to perform in Italy, South Africa, The Dominican Republic, Honduras, and Mexico.
When the Killers released Day and Age in 2008, the members of Lucky 13 felt a Killers tribute would be the perfect addition to the Coldplay tribute show and began rehearsals for this new project. In February of 2009 Killer was launched as an opening act for Elevation at Torontos own Sound Academy. The high energy set was met with high praise. Video of the performance, uploaded to youtube, quickly received thousands of hits from eager fans.
Performance videos of both bands have received more than 2 million hits on youtube.
Coldplayers and Killer are both available and happy to perform on their own, but fans and band members agree, these two tributes perform best as a double bill. Coldplayers introduces you to four talented musicians and gets you warmed up for Killer, one of the best high energy tribute bands around.
