La Bella Charade

Formed in September of 2009, La Bella Charade is by no means trying to invent a new genre, but trying to infuse passion, emotion, and a hard work ethic into an otherwise lethargic, mindless music scene. Blended with melodic guitars and sing-a-long choruses, LBC is looking to be a breath of fresh air to listeners currently suffocated by the masses of Powerpop. "Our focus is to make catchy songs, while still remaining honest to ourselves," says vocalist Patrick Hooper. Armed with a recently recorded (November 2009), self-titled EP, La Bella Charade shows no signs of stopping. With a DIY mindset and song writing skills to match, only time will tell where these Saint Louis boys will go.
