Bio
Lachesis (pronounced LAH-KEE-SYS) is most notable for her lyricism and experiments with Rap Rock. Some of her work teeters on the edge of concious and controversial, while others are high energy and fun. A rapper of four years and a performer of over 10 years, she has experience with singing, modelling and acting (TV/Film). Lachesis has a strong musical background, having years of lessons in piano, band, voice and dance.
Born in Nova Scotia, Canada and a long time resident of Toronto, she has worked with such artists as Angerville, Bishop Brigante, Louie Rankin (Ox) and Massacre. She has opened for many large acts including; TECH N9NE, RA the Rugged Man, Styles P, Peter Jackson, Moka Only and most recently Ghostface Killah (Wu-Tang), Prevail (Swollen Members) and Choclair.
Aside from music, Lachesis has done modelling/acting jobs, including extra work on the television series "Soul" starring Kesha Chante, Sauza Tequila TV commercials, MuchMusic's Electric Circus and many lead roles featured in the Atlantic Film Festival.
Lachesis' future objectives are to continue exploring the fusion of Rap Rock and to expand her fan base via touring.
