BIOGRAPHY OF LOREN ¡§LADI DADDI¡¨ ALLEN

Loren ¡¥Ladi¡¦ Allen was surrounded by a talented musical family from the moment of his birth in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since the age of three, Ladi has occupied a seat beside his father, an ordained reverend and keyboardist at their church. So it was indeed second nature for the family to practice choir songs together and tour the midwestern part of the country, ¡¥a la¡¦ the Partridge family. At the age of 13, while still actively leading praise & worship at church, Ladi¡Xurged by his love for Hip Hop, decided to form a group which more fully expressed his broadened musical tastes. His group, 5th Element, performed throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, gaining recognition at local venues including the University of Wisconsin collegiate system, Coca-Cola sponsored Summerfest venues, and Milwaukee¡¦s well renowned local ¡¥Rave¡¦. In addition to performances, Ladi sponsored, organized, manufactured, and distributed an independent Hip Hop album, featuring his rap group. They sold all copies pressed within the first four days [500 units], then repressed and sold all additional copies [1300 units] in one month.

Venturing into a new market and seeking the rewards of even greater musical accomplishments, Ladi relocated to Atlanta where he honed his considerable skills singing in the city¡¦s top musical clubs. It was at this time that he and Timothy Campbell II, also from Milwaukee, encountered Emmanuel Lewis and Flex Floss Entertainment. Ladi and Timothy formed the group Face2Face and, within a week, became Flex Floss Entertainment¡¦s main priority. After completing artist ¡¥boot camp¡¦ training through Marvelous Enterprises, they set out on a mini tour, singing before large audiences and performing songs that were created in house.

In 2003, Ladi and Timothy made their way to the Big Apple hoping to duplicate the success they encountered during their Atlanta experience. What they discovered was a whole new playing field from which to display their talent, showcasing before Lyor, Tina, and the rest of the Def Jam staff, excluding Kevin Liles; they also performed for the Sr. Vice President and Head of Urban Music at Columbia and Arista¡¦s Joey Arbagene. The group earned rave reviews in the process.

In 2004, Ladi and Timothy returned to Atlanta to work with Savoir Fair Entertainment and Midel Pascel. Within two weeks, Ladi had become one of the lead studio producers at 1271{Savoir Studios}. Mr. Pascel helped to further groom him in musical arrangement and production, as well as the complexities of the music business and industry life in general. Ladi and Timothy went on to perform throughout the city again hitting many prominent venues, from Vegas Nights to F.S.O.s.

In 2005, Ladi traveled back to the city he fell in love with¡XNYC to work with one of his trusted friends, Barron Shareef Scott; they wrote, co-produced and recorded an album, within three weeks. While residing in Queens with his newfound family, he accumulated valuable life lessons, which he passed on to his Florida family. Ladi and his family made the decision to start their own company. With the help of his uncle, auntie, and parents, the Cross Country Track Team, Inc. was established, culminating in the accomplishment of a dream, i.e., the ability to work, simply for the reward of more work.

When asked what inspires him and why he does what he does, Ladi had this to say: ¡§I consider everything to be a tool, whether it¡¦s love, hate, fear, whatever and it is the tool man¡¦s responsibility to see that the desired outcome of that toiling is achieved. I¡¦m just saying that we¡¦re responsible for what we do, so let¡¦s everybody be good at who we are¡Xcuz that¡¦s how HE want us.¡¨
