Bio
Born and raised in Hartford, CT, Janelle aka Ladye j became interested in music early in life. She participated in church and band activities. In college she really got involved in the business side of music. She began hanging around a group of rappers better known as 360 Degrees. Throughout college she learned the craft of the DJ and the MC. Later, she decided to attend the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Science in Tempe, Arizona. There Ladye j learned the craft of engineering and business management.
Ladye j later moved to Atlanta, GA then Southwest, GA, where she currently resides. Throughout the years Ladye j has worked with Vellie, Bounce, Block Boy, South Tribe, Young Lace, Mike Mad, The Gospel Blendz, Lamp, The Ebogglyst, Snake the Great, 360 Degrees and numerous other artist. She most recently decided to concentrate on her rap career, management and business structure of the organization.
