Laid Back Syndicate (LBS): LBS is southern, street, lyrically diverse and geared to take the hip-hop industry to new heights. Representing Durham, North Carolina, or “The Bull City,” these three artists bring together their very different styles to create an extraordinary collaborative force of hip-hop music. LBS has earned their deserved respect in their hometown and now earning that same respect up and down the East Coast! LBS's earned recognition was achieved from their singles frequently being featured on mixed tapes and with their recognizable promotional van and highly demanded underground album “Underground to Mainstream”, which has already sold over 400,000 copies.

Syndicate Records (Synidicate), was founded in 2004 by a talented business women, Cassandra Nelson, CEO and super producer Deon Burton aka XTC, and owner of X-beatz production. Based out of the Washington DC area, Syndicate Records is an urban independent record label specializing in producing, arranging music, and finding and developing the most amazing talent around the world. The team consists of leaders and individuals who have demonstrated their talents in the fields of both business and entertainment.
