LaJune is the lyrical sharpshooter with the sultry voice.

Biography

In an industry dominated by males there is always an alpha female bold enough to counter her compatriots. Like a diamond in the rough, her qualities shine so bright they pierce through all obstructions in her path. With virtuosic skill, she can sing supremely in a ballad then turn around and dominate all rivals in a freestyle battle. Her sultry voice flows in beautiful rifts over heavy bass tracks while her words pierce your ears. This two in one combination has earned her lofty praise, some to calling her the second coming of Lauryn Hill. Only one such as this can truly be called an extraordinary artist. LaJune, first female inductee of 106 & Park’s Freestyle Friday battle Hall of Fame, demonstrated that she has the lyrical precision of a sharp shooter when it comes to eliminating all contenders on the hip-hop battlefield.

LaJune’s lethal rhyming skills earned her recognition on MTV’s TRL where she was interviewed by rap sensation Chingy and VJ Vanessa Minnillo. While her voice has been heard across airwaves, attacking the ears of NYC’s HOT 97 and 98.7 Kiss FM listeners, LaJune continues to show stop and has extended her stage presence to Theater productions like Citizen Jane and her original work in progress, Little Man In My Pocket.
