Marcus Rap (Rapagnola) Multi-Platinum awarded. Composer/Producer/Mixer is a first generation Italian/American born January 25th, 1970 in Waltham Massachusetts. Marcus later teamed up with late rolling stones producer Jimmy Miller co-producing acts and show-casing to labels in 1990 where he briefly acted as Jimmy’s personal manager prior to his last HIT with Primal Scream in 1991. Precious Time

Title: “Precious Time”
Written By Marcus Rap/Christine Rap, © 2011-2012 ChikiSongs Publishing/ASCAP

V1
In your mind, when the world is yours and time is there
It stands still, you’re worried about getting up the hill, you’re climbing

BRIDGE
You’ll always be that baby in my mind
You were mine to borrow, for a while, don’t fly too far from me

CHORUS
I heard my world was gonna change, watched you grow, felt every pain
Now I’m holding on to precious time

Funny things I thought I knew, til I stood as tall as you
And I remember all those precious times.

V2
When you were small, you used to think that mommy knew it all
We stayed strong, while we taught each other right from wrong and we’ve grown up

INTERLUDE
Oooh I wasted so much time, chasing dollars making dimes
Tried to teach you to be kind, you were always on my mind
I would look into your eyes when I tucked you in at night
And I'm thankful for this precious time
