Xavi Aparici invaded the Spanish pop scene in 2008 with his brand new EP, “Circular”, and his personal voice and his guitar as his only weapons.
Launching a music product under his own name, is a humility exercise and a sign of confidence at the same time, taking into account that he had neither a family name, nor relatives or a godfather to support his songs.
In only a few months, he demonstrated that there is no other requirement to create complicity with his growing fans. His music, his charismatic and special voice, draw songs which are short stories themselves, with intimate lyrics and not excessive poetry.
After some acoustic gigs with his first work all around Spain, Xavi decided to take a step forward and create a band. The guitar of Henry Stinson, Paul Stinson’s drums and Vic Stinson playing bass, the band was consolidated as “La Legendaria Familia Stinson”. Spring 2010 was the starting point of a non-stop tour presenting a new CD: “Palacios de Hielo”.
The band has achieved a great complicity on stage, reaching a high technical level resides a fresh performance, with their own personality, beyond any level. La Legendaria Familia Stinson has just started recording their second work together, to be released in fall 2011.
