Bio
Myself ( Lynne ) and Daragh started La Loge up just over a year and a half ago having danced around the idea for some time! Daragh has much live experience as a bassist but accoustic guitar and vocals were a new challenge. As for me, my experience as a vocalist was close to zero! when we came together as a group it was clear from day one that we had a very close creative bond, both of us being driven to make a sound that is very much our own. We started gigging soon afterwards and have played both as a two piece and a full band in such fine establishments as The Bleu Note, Slatterys, Kennedys, Rogue ( accoustic disco) and The Music Medium at the Legal Eagle. We have a repertoire now that could easily fill two hours with no filler. We believe that in a live scenario we are at our best and both of us enjoy playing live more than ever. The crowds keep on growing in size and enthusiasm and we hope to build on that with huge dedication. Our sound has been described accoustic blues/jazz/soul/rock with clout and attitude.
