Lampshades & Offlights released three songs on a Compilation album called "Juvenalia", those three songs "Umbrella For Tears", "Statically Sounding Stereos" and " The Octopus Song" have been played on a local university radio "CKDU".
Lampsades & Offlights released a full length album called "Matryoshka", many songs off said album have been played on the local University radio in Antigonish called "CFXU".

Bio
L&O became a part of a new youth record label in Halifax, New Art Records where they began recording their songs and exploring different styles and textures. This opportunity led to meet and greets with Stars, Joel Plaskett, Serina Ryder, and Dallas Green from City and Colour. The label released a compilation CD of all the artists within the studio community with the help of David Christianson in January 2010.
In the summer of 2010, Lampshades and Offlights released their debut album, "Matyroshka" and decided to get back to the studio to fix up some loose ends. They worked with Charles Austin, head of Echo Chamber Audio for remixing, the album was then re-mastered by Graeme Campbell at JP La Pointe Studios.
