HOUSTON - Oct. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Lantern Society formed in 2013 in Houston, Texas, they have continued to bring new fans to their sounds as they have taken the Experimental and Alternative sounds and made them their own. Lantern Society has so far put together 10 infectious tracks that include the moody and deep Crawling or Kriechen that has already gotten over 1,000 posts since it was added to Sound cloud a few days ago. The deep melodic sounds of this song as well as the industrial and experimental elements in the middle of the song make it very different from anything else that is currently on the market.
Other songs from this dreamy collection of songs from Lantern Society include Structures, Phase One. This is the sound of a romp through a field on a summer day with the harmonies and the sounds which are vaguely beachy and moody. The sounds bring the listener into an amazing place and the song then changes structure right in the middle, the sound is not reminiscent of anything that is on the market currently and has a very disruptive quality.
The melodic sounds of Nocturne on the same collection of songs from Sound cloud will leave the listener slightly breathless and in a rapture. The song opens with an industrial binge that quickly pulls the listener into another world; it is an ambient trip into another place. Williams Gully is a mix of highs and lows that takes you through a melodic journey that hits highs and lows and has a sound that is reminiscent of Chris Cornell, and that has the ability to carry you to a place of sonic therapy. The song picks up with an infectious sound that then carries the listener to another world enjoying the sound that is full of tension as well as a meeting of metal, alternative and experimental.
Lantern Society is composed of Michael Morell, Zoltan Sindhu, and Zach Wagner who bring their unique talents to form a band that is taking the forms of music and creating a sound that is new and completely their own. The sounds that you hear from the repertoire of Lantern Society are a diverse and eclectic showing the many genres from which they draw their sound. There is a fusion of Indie, Alternative, Experimental, and a touch of Grunge leaving the listener to sample the best of each genre and hear the sounds put together in a way that he or she has never heard before.

Houston, Texas-based band Lantern Society is on a mission to change the current landscape of modern day music through their unique sonic-textures and emotionally-powerful atmospheres. Formed in the middle of 2013 – the vision and voice of Lantern Society is provided by Michael Morell (Lead Vocals, Guitar) and brought to life through the incredible talent of Zoltan Sindhu (Bass, Vocals), Jacob Crater (Guitar, Vocals) and Zach Wagner (Drums). Together this unified core of four, versatile musicians have become a sum much greater than their individual talents making the music of Lantern Society.
