"I was born in 1986 in Libreville Gabon, in the middle of a mix between traditional African sonorities, local Gabonese hip hop, French rap and American hiphop. Nevertheless it was only about 17 years later after my family moved to Amsterdam that I started to develop a real passion for music. In 2003, I formed the RAF.K (Real African Krew) with my brother Gi.R, Gabonese MC and Jae Maf my brother from another blood. My musical background always had a strong connection with the street. I felt the hiphop as a music and a culture. Also my inexhaustible interest in discovering new musical environments like jazz or raggae, has helped me, to build and improve a style of expression that is proper to me, Lapienza.
In 2005 I moved to Paris, where I met the producer Kass (KasproD) with whom we started working on my first Solo project. In the song "Superstar" I'm outlighting my writing skills, expresses the incredible power I feel inside when it comes to making music. It makes me feel like one of those timeless rapper. My power is simply to focus on finding the right lyrics for each single emotions, for each single beat. Each melody is meant to be, sing, feel and transcended by someone. For my part sometimes it's just in the air I can feel it. I'm meant to be the one, the unique.
I don't listen to music; I experience it and I feel blessed for that. I'm just looking forward to develop my gift , see how far it can take me and I'm certain it can take me much further...
