LaRhonda-Marie, is here with the message your heart and soul has longed to hear. Presenting for the first time to some and introducing to others the anointed voice and music of LaRhonda-Marie. A prolific singer, writer, and woman of God who has a dynamic message to share with the world through her music and lyrics.
Born premature (6 ½ months) on leap year day in 1976, weighing only 3 lbs. and 11 ozs. Her resilient spirit has remained with her until now. LaRhonda-Marie was reared in a Christian home that listened to all genres of music. She was surrounded by gifted musicians and singers. As early as five she was writing short songs and singing. It was in elementary school that she demonstrated the ability to sing, and was selected to sing in the honors choir. In middle school, she joined the choir and became a featured soloist and received many invitations around the city to perform at special events. One of her fondest memories was the time she was asked to sing for the governor of Oklahoma the Battle Hymn of the Republic. In high school, she was a member of the group, The Preachers Kids. This group would perform at assemblies and talent shows throughout the city.
She was not only a great singer but was a great basketball player. Both activities took so much of her time that she decided to pursue a basketball career and gave up singing. After experiencing life with its ups and downs, she begin listening and watching Joyce Meyer Ministries which helped her develop a stronger commitment to God. The inspiration she received from Joyce Meyer made her pick up her pen and begin writing this new sound of gospel music. LaRhonda-Marie is member of Integrity's Voice of Victory Church under the leadership of Pastor Charles and Paula Martin. Her style of music incorporates a mixture of R&B, soul, old school, Blues, Gospel and Rock.
As you listen to her music and lyrics you will discover and experience the message God has given to this new generation. Her music will release the spirit of God in you and unleash the stronghold Satan has over your life. She reminds you that Jesus paid it all. He has set us free and those who have been set free by Jesus is free indeed!
