Hello, my name is Larry Harvey. I am Currently 17 years of age. I am from Cleveland Ohio. I am a upcoming rapper representing The Metro/Fairfax side of Cleveland. I started rapping at the age of 14. As I live each day of my life, i alway's think of how can I change my age groups state of mind ? I think about that daily ever since i was 15. At the age of 16 instead of trying to "follow" or "fit in" other peoples movements i decided to create my own positive urban life style. What better way to do that then with music? So basically my mission is to change the mindset of people.
Ever since I was 15 the only thing that i've been trying to acomplish was getting heard. So I would preform at open Mic's and Spoken Word Venues. I also did competitions against other artist in ohio (and won) just to get heard. Every time I would do a show people would always come to me and try to sign me because they knew i would make it big. Think about it. You have a teenager who is very lyrical and spreads a positive and dope vibe everybody can ride to. But I've decided to be and independent artist.
Now people would want to know where I record. Since I am a teenager with no job,money,anything. I saved up my money so I can buy a good mic for a cheap price. After I got my mic, labtop, and Fl studio I made a booth in my room. I know its not the best thing but what can you expect a broke kid to do. And even with that people think I record in somewhat professinal studio's because of quality.But for the past 3 year's I learned how to engieneer like a pro thanks to the classes i took and my teacher (a three time grammy win Comissiner Gordon Williams).
Soon I will be dropping my first mixtape City Musik. I hope that it can get to atleast 1-2k downloads or listens. I say that because I know that it is the most poetic mixtape that anyone could ever hear. Thank you for reading any contact info or booking info please contact me :
