Larry was named San Antonio’s Best Blues Guitarist in 2001 by Herme’s Music at the local IBF Blues Competition. Larry worked in the 1970's at the Eastwood Club where he met Mike Sanders.

Larry enjoys playing clean pocket leads to slightly overdriven blues lines and tasty rhythm. Primary influences are Texas guitarists Jimmie & Stevie Vaughan, Doug Sahm, Derek O'Brien, Anson Funderburgh, Buddy Whittington.

Larry plays vintage guitars and amps to get the “San Antone” sound he wants.
