Bio

Commissioned to take the Gospel to the streets, conveying the love of God to a generation that society has labled lost. LaRue has been annointed and appointed by God, and then sent out as a fisher of men. Gifted in the area of rap, the Lord has transformed an ex-thug, ex-drugdealer and addict into a powerful soul saving utensil, used to compel men to come to Christ. More than just an M.C., LaRue is what he calls a poetic evangelist. His Mission is to infiltrate the hiphop culture with wisdom and skill, presenting the Real Christ, as the Real Solution, to mans Real Problem....Sin. Formely signed to MCA Records and on his way to secular fame and fortune, LaRue had his road to Damascus experience. After his encounter with God, it was crystal clear what God had in store for him. He immediately left the group to put it down for the Lord. Since doing so God has truly blessed his ministry, showing him favor as he ministers to the masses. Keeping the focus on ministry, and being able to minister to the whole man, LaRue has been thouroughly equipped to preach the Gospel. Graduating from Word Of Life Bible College in Flint, Mi., where he has been trained in sound doctrine, from hermeneutics to apologetics and everything in between. He is a faithful member of Family Worship Center Church, where Timothy R. Stokes is the Senior Pastor. His gifts are being utilized as he is given the liberty to minister in the way that God has blessed him. LaRue is part of the core of their evangelist outreach ministry called the C.I.A.( Compassion In Action). LaRue Is married with 5 daughters and 1 son, who are very instrumental in his ministry because they allow him the freedom to go about and do the work of the ministry. They are also a strong source of support and strength for him.
