Dear Potential Client,
You’re a young high school, or college student, and there is cause to celebrate in some large social setting. It could be that you just got your license, turned twenty-one, graduated, or some holiday calls for the festivities. Whatever the case, many times celebration within our peer groups means a decent supply of alcohol, and poor decision making. Young adults will embark upon the night life without thinking ahead four, or five hours, to how they will ensure a safe end
to their evening; may it be returning from a house-party, or local night club. “Last Call,”
provides valuable alcohol awareness education, which may not save only your life, but maybe a
life of a friend.

If you’re like most young people, you might be rolling your eyes at the thought of another alcohol awareness program, but “Last Call,” is superbly different from the rest. Brent Scarpo and Patti Ramey have developed a program, which caters to the younger crowd. The
program drifts away from the dry lecture and “preaching approach” of other presentations, and
incorporates a fun environment through skit scenarios, while keeping true to the serious nature of alcohol use and smart decision making. Students are asked to come on stage and assist in a skit,
and then interaction takes place with the crowd to what could have been done better. Issues
include how to avoid drinking and driving, date rape, and alcohol poisoning; amongst other
things. It is really a program, which captivates the younger crowd into making smarter decisions
earlier, not at last call. I recommend this program because as the program stresses, young people will use alcohol, but better decision making will ensure that their last call is not to 9-1-1. - Jason F., Cal. State Univ.-San Bernardino

“Last Call” is without a doubt, a program with the ability to save your life. As a college student, it is to your benefit to be informed of the repercussions of irresponsible behavior under the influence of alcohol. If you believe you know all there is to know about alcohol, then I challenge you to prove me wrong.
