Lyrics

Breaking Tonight

Written By: Laura Bamford

Sound and vision in collision
Hit by words of indecision
All talk but there's no admission
Will there ever be

Scuse' me did you say something
You see this as confronting
You're confessing to nothing
Will you ever be

We said things but no one spoke at all

The situation doesn't need an explanation
So don't let a word come out
This resolution doesn't need a new solution
Cause we've already worked it out
Hear the silence
Breaking Tonight

We've had awkward conversations
To explain our situations
But there's no communication
That can work it out

We said things but no one heard at all

The situation doesn't need an explanation
So don't let a word come out
This resolution doesn't need a new solution
Cause we've already worked it out
It's over, we said that it's over
There's nothing more we can say
Hear the silence
Breaking tonight

Breaking
Hearts divided
Breaking
Undecided
Hear the silence
Breaking......Tonight

The situation doesn't need an explanation
So don't let a word come out
This resolution doesn't need a new solution
Cause we've already worked it out
It's over, we said that it's over
There's nothing more we can say
Hear the silence
Hear the silence
Endless silence
Breaking Tonight

Here with me

Written By: Laura Bamford

Wishing I could leave you baby
Instead I'm stuck here going crazy
I've been baited, hooked and taken
For a ride

Lost out on this open highway
You went yours and I went my way
Chasing words that you just won't say
I still miss you

Here I am all on my own
Lost out in the great unknown
There's some place I'd rather be
Between you and me
But if I have to be alone
I really want you here with me

Yeah

So I've been running from the future
and I've been running from myself
and I have come to the decision
There ain't no body else

Here I am all on my own
Lost out in the great unknown
There's some place I'd rather be
Between you and me
But if I have to be alone
The maybe
You could be my only one
Maybe things have just begun
There's some place I'd rather be
Between you and me
So if I have to be alone
I really want you here with me

The first time
The last time
This thing could last a lifetime
This good thing
Is so fine
I ran a thousand miles to find my way back home yeah

Here I am all on my own
Lost out in the great unknown
There's some place I'd rather be
Between you and me
But if I have to be alone
The maybe
You could be my only one
Maybe things have just begun
There's some place I'd rather be
Between you and me
So if I have to be alone
I really want you here with me
