Laura Jenkins

A natural on stage, soulful siren Laura broke onto the London scene 2 years ago and has since been gaining critical acclaim at some of the top acoustic venues in London and all over the UK. With a heart-on the-sleeve approach to songwriting, she feels every word and has the ability to take audiences on a lyrical and melodic journey even when performing alone with just her voice and an acoustic guitar. Her inventive guitar techniques and dynamic vocal, peppered with husky growls and bent blues notes, make for captivating performances, leaving audiences hungry for more.

Having recently signed with Audiojelly Management Ltd. she is now able to dedicate her life to her incredible music. This summer she released her magical debut single "Sing", a rousing, sun-drenched celebration of a song. By popular demand she was invited to showcase this fabulous tune in live sessions on BBC radio and MTM radio.

As lead vocalist, co-writer and front-woman for the ground breaking band FireFarm, Laura also regularly performs live at some of the most prestigious underground venues and festivals across the UK.

Her star is well and truly ascending – video hosts You Tube seized the day early by sponsoring Laura’s video channel, and are reaping the rewards as the hit rate counters rise rapidly. Web savvy music lovers know a great voice when they hear one, and the hits and comments on You Tube prove they are loving Laura’s edgy videos and haunting acoustic sounds.

Laura Jenkins is currently working on new material, recording songs and videos for commercial release. She is also sponsored non-exclusively by Freshman guitars.
