"Wake Me Up" Tour-Concert and Worship. Nashville singer, songwriter Laura Kaczor's beautiful voice combined with her powerful, thought provoking lyrics of faith, hope and purpose will awaken your heart and soul with the beauty of God's love.

Biography

"Music is such a huge part of our world, and it is one of the most effective mediums for communicating a message. I’ve always felt that songs that speak to the human condition, and offer hope, purpose, and beauty, should not be limited to the church. I want my music to communicate God’s love to a broken world… and an amazingly diverse world it is! It’s awesome to see how music can bridge generational and cultural barriers, and touch the heart of a person. That is what excites me the most, and keeps me singing every day.”

Will I Believe?

Written By: Laura Kaczor

Will I Believe?

Some people tell me You're just an abstraction

An idea made for the satisfaction of men

Some people tell me I'll never really find the truth

I can keep searching, but it just won't be any use

The wisdom of this world is foolish in His eyes

By His hand this all things were made in His intricate design

He's given me these eyes to see the beauty of the world around me

And He's asking....Will I Believe?
Thomas cried, Lord, show me Your hands, Your feet

Prove it to me! Oh my Lord, I do the same when I play these doubting games

Forgive me!

The wisdom of this world is foolish in Your eyes

By Your hand all things were made in Your intricate design

You've given me these eyes to see the beauty of the world around me

And You're asking..... Will I believe?

And I confess my mind gets crowded by the noise of this hurry up busy world

I forget I have a choice to see and not explain away
the wonders You work day to day
Lord, help me to see You!

How Did You Know?

Written By: Laura Kaczor

How Did You Know?

I can’t comprehend Your love, or wrap my mind around infinity

And it makes no sense sometimes, that God would walk this earth for me

So I stand at arm’s length with a doubting heart, as I critically
observe

And I feel small and insignificant, as my back is turned

I can’t understand Your ways, though I try so hard sometimes

I can’t argue my way through faith, but I know You’ve called us to use our minds.

So I stand on the sidelines where philosophy and theology merge
And I feel small and insignificant until I hear one Word

Oh how did You know where to find me, how did You know I felt afraid?

How did You know my heart was heavy, I needed strength to reach for faith?

How did You know where to find me, how did You know just what to say?

How does Your Word speak right through me, with mercies new every day?

It stands the test of time, age to age, it’s still the same

The chronicle of God’s unfailing love, His Word speaks truth to men’s debates.

So I stand at the water’s edge, surrounded by my doubts and fears

Open the eyes of my heart and mind to the God of all who is drawing me.

How did You Know where to find me, how did You know I felt afraid?

How did You Know my heart was heavy, I needed strength to reach for faith?

How did You Know where to find me, how did You know just what to say?

How does Your Word speak right through me, with mercies new every day?

Word of God speak, Word of God speak, Word of God speak!!!

How did You Know where to find me, how did you know I felt afraid?

How did You know my heart was heavy, I needed strength to reach for faith?

How did You Know where to find me, how did You know just what to say?

How does Your Word speak right through me, with mercies new every day?

Word of God speak….

How did you know?

Wake Me Up

Written By: Laura Kaczor

Wake Me Up -

Oh wake me up out of this daydream

Open my eyes so I can see You

Oh shake me out, out of these humdrum days

Open my ears so I can hear You

So this is faith to hope in what’s unseen

And this is life, to trust beyond my reach

Oh, break me out of this mold I’m in

Open my heart so I can know You

Oh change me, break me, mold me, use me, lead and guide me for Your glory, change me,
make me, more like You I pray…more like You I pray…with each passing day

Oh wake me up from this soul slumber,

Open my mind to your plans for me

Oh shake me out, out of this every day,

Just trying to get by, just trying to survive

So this is faith, to hope in what’s unseen

And this is life, to trust beyond my reach

Oh break me out of this mold I’m in

Open my heart so I can know you

Oh change me, break me, mold me, use me, lead and guide me, for

Your glory, change me,
make me, more like You I pray…more like You I pray....more like You I pray….with each passing day

Oh change me, break me, mold me, use me, lead and guide me, for
Your glory, change me,
make me, more like You I pray, more like You I pray……with each passing day….

Guitar solo – Oh change me,..... Oh change me…..

Oh change me, break me, mold me, use me, lead and guide me, for

Your glory, change me,
make me, more like You I pray...more like You I pray…more like You I pray….. with each passing day….

Faithful Redeemer

Written By: Laura Kaczor

Faithful Redeemer

God of the ages, Ancient of Days

My firm foundation, worthy of praise

A cloud by day, a pillar of fire by night

With mercy unending, You guide my steps oh Holy Light

You never change, Faithful Redeemer, constant and true

The songs of Your people echo the ages, this song of thanks is long overdue

You woo my heart with grace undeserved

You call my name with purpose unfurled

That’s far beyond what I can see, what I can dream

You’re far beyond what I can see, what I can dream

You never change, Faithful Redeemer, constant and true
The song of salvation drawing me nearer, to live a life and worship You

Mighty to save, First and The Last, my comfort, my peace

The songs of Your people echo the ages, this song of thanks and love will never cease

(4X)
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah

You never change, Faithful Redeemer, constant and true

The song of salvation drawing me nearer, to live a life and worship You

Mighty to save, First and The Last, my comfort, my peace

The songs of your people echo the ages, this song of thanks and love will never cease

Will never cease

Communion Song

Communion Song

I imagine the day was gray, the sun won’t shine on days like this

I imagine the crowd was large, their shouts were loud, as they raised their fists

On the day that the Son of God carried the cross to Golgotha

On the day that the Son of God gave His life for the likes of us

I can hear the hammer of the nails that pierced his hands and feet

And sometimes I forget that my sin drove those nails in deep

I can see the thief that hung on the cross that stood right by His side

I can hear when Jesus said, “Today you’ll join Me in paradise”

Here is My body, broken for you
Here is My blood that was shed, shed for you too

Here is My body, take and remember Me

Here is My blood, the cup of forgiveness that will set you free.

I can see the soldiers standing by the tomb that resurrection morn,

But I cannot imagine the blinding glory of our risen Lord

He is not here, oh no,
He is risen just as He said

Now go and spread the news of
Jesus Christ, who conquered death

Here is My body, broken for you
Here is My blood that was shed, shed for you too

Here is My body, take and remember me

Here is My blood, the cup of forgiveness that will set you free.

When I break the bread, and drink the cup at the table of the Lord,

I’m reminded of love’s sacrifice, where the broken are restored…are restored.

Here is My body, broken for you
Here is My blood that was shed, shed for you too

Here is My body, take and remember me

Here is My blood, the cup of forgiveness that will set you free

I imagine the day was grey, the sun won’t shine on days like this…..

Could It Be?

Written By: Laura Kaczor

Could It Be?

An invisible love that tugs upon your heart

The echo of eternity, the sounds of everything you are

An invisible touch that warms your soul

Reminds you you’re not alone in the deepest parts

Oh, could it be? Oh could it be?

An eternal song that never ends,
I hear my heart humming along, can you hear it?

On a cloudless night, I feel the wonder rising up in me,
I hear the rumors of You in everything I see

Oh could it be? Oh, could it be?

You’re still the God of ancient mysteries,

Your fingerprints are on our history

And it’s Your hand that’s been drawing me… to see,
that it could be.

The sight of a baby in her mother’s arms,

A small flower grows after the storm,

An invisible love that tugs upon your heart,

The echo of eternity in your deepest parts

Oh could it be, Oh could it be

That You’re still the God of ancient mysteries

Your finger prints are on our history
And It’s Your hand that’s been drawing me…to see….

The beautiful ways You reveal your heart, the beautiful ways You show me all You are.

All You are!!!!

And You’re the God of ancient myteries

Your fingerprints are on our History

And it’s Your hand that’s been drawing me…. to see
What was and what will be!

Better than Life

Written By: Laura Kaczor

Better than Life

I don’t know why today, I feel overwhelmed

By Your goodness Lord, and by this touch I felt

Every day and every way, I see You working in my life

But today it seems You’re working overtime

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah….

I feel the sun upon my face as I close my eyes

In the shower of grace, I feel so alive

Every day and every way, I see You working all around me

But today I’ve seen another glimpse of Your goodness Lord, Y

Your majesty
And Your faithfulness (the sun rises every day)

Your mercy Lord (the dry land gets rain)

Your beauty clothed in the sunset sky

And Your love oh Lord, is better than life

The clear blue sky turned gray, as the Savior died

The curtain tore, earth quaked, as He was sacrificed

Every day and every way, I’m amazed by this love

As you remind me of the gift you gave in your one and only blameless Son

And your faithfulness (the sun rises every day)

Your mercy Lord (the dry land gets rain)

Your beauty clothed in the sunset sky
Your love….

And Your faithfulness (after my heart You run)

Your mercy Lord, (found in Jesus Christ the Son)

Your beauty clothed in the sunset sky

Your love oh Lord, is better than life.

Is Better than Life

Here At Your Altar

Written By: Laura Kaczor

Here At Your Altar

Here at Your altar, I offer up my praise
May it be a pleasing sacrifice
I stand in Your presence and I am humbled and amazed
That You are here in this place
And I’m here to glorify You Lord
And I’m here to worship and adore
One day I’ll bow forevermore
But now I’ll sing,
Holy, Holy, Worthy, Worthy
Glory forever my King
Healer, Maker, Father, Savior,
You’re my everything
Holy, Holy, Worthy, Worthy
Glory forever my King
Healer, Maker, Father, Savior
You’re my everything, My God, My King
You are my Lord,
May I forever be changed
Take my life
Make it Yours
Because I’m here to glorify You Lord
And I’m here to worship and adore
One day I’ll bow forever more
But now I’ll sing
Holy, Holy, Worthy, Worthy
Glory forever my King
Healer, Maker, Father, Savior
You’re my everything
Holy, Holy, Worthy, Worthy
Glory forever my King
Healer, Maker, Father, Savior
You’re my everything, My God and My King

In Your Presence

Written By: Laura Kaczor

In Your Presence

Some may wonder why we choose to praise Your name

Some may question in this faith that we proclaim

But I know there is power in the cross

Power to seek and save a life that once was lost

It’s when I close my eyes, that I begin to see

Beyond the lies of this world, I’ve chosen to believe

And on the outside, what seems a mystery

Needs no explanation inside the heart of me, inside the heart of me

And I cannot explain the wonders that I feel, in Your
presence

And I cannot contain the depth of joy in me, in Your
presence

There are wonders I will never understand

The greatness of Your glory, I could never comprehend

But on the outside what seems a mystery

Needs no explanation inside the heart of me, inside the heart of me

And I cannot explain the wonders that I feel, in Your presence

I cannot contain the depth of joy in me, in Your presence

Your glory fills the heavens
You’re the lover of my soul
And in the wonder of Your presence
You’re the only truth I know

The Nails

Written By: Laura Kaczor

The Nails
I’ve heard the story so many times, so many times,
I’d forgotten
I sing the song of the old rugged cross and of His only Son begotten
But I forget how hard the nails came down,
And that His blood flowed red from that thorny crown
And it’s a mystery, a mystery in deed, that You chose to become humanity,
No, there’s nothing that You didn’t feel, the weight of sin upon that cross, separation, pain and loss…
And I forget how hard the nails came down, and that Your blood flowed red from Your beaten brow
And I forget about the stripes upon Your back, the mocking crowds, and the piercing attacks
I heard the story, so many times, so many times,
I’d forgotten
I sing the song of the old rugged cross, and of His only Son begotten
But I forget how hard the nails came down,
The blood stained robe and that thorny crown,
I forget how hard the nails came down,
And that Your blood flowed red from Your beaten brow,
For me, for me, for me, for me, for me, for me, help me to see
Your sacrifice of greatest price, you paid for me
To carry all Your children home to eternity
I’ve heard the story so many times, so many times,
I’d forgotten…..

Quiet Waters

Written By: Laura Kaczor

Quiet Waters

Sometimes I have to step back and take a real good look at me

To see that I’m just a moment, a speck on the timeline of eternity

And everything I’ve accomplished and everything I own, it passes away, passes away
When I try to take it to Your throne

Sometimes I have to step back and take a real good look inside
To gather up all of my treasures and see where my heart really resides

Cause everything I’ve accomplished and everything I own, it passes away, passes away
When I try to take it to Your throne
So I pray….

Lead me to the quiet waters where I can wade at your feet,
With my jar of alabaster, the fragrance of praise so sweet

I leave all this world behind me, I leave everything I know,
Let it all pass away, all melt away, as I stand before your throne

Search my heart oh Lord, know my every way,
Transform my mind, my life, with Your mercies new each and every day

With the faith of a child and a heart that’s pure, I bring a life that
surrendered, hands unhindered, all of me, nothing less, nothing more

Lead me to the quiet waters, where I can wade at Your feet
With my jar of alabaster, the fragrance of praise so sweet

I leave all this world behind me, I leave everything I know
Let it all pass away, all melt away, as I stand before Your throne

Lead me to the quiet waters, where I can wade at Your feet
With my jar of alabaster, the fragrance of praise so sweet

I leave all this world behind me, I leave everything I know
Let it all pass away, all melt away, as I stand before Your throne
