Don't Leave Your Stallion at The Track

Written By: Laura Lee

“Don’t Leave Your Stallion at the Track”
By: Laura Lee Gunter
Chorus:
Girls, don’t leave your stallion at the track - Those nasty mares may not let him come back
Take my advice - It is easy to tell the good from the lame - Because, they don’t all ride the same

So, hold your reins loosely and give him his head
Know when to pull back on the reins or you’ll be dead

Stallions can smell heat from miles away
Don’t ever neglect them – not even for a day

Wrap your legs around him oh so tight and,
And, never let him out of your sight
Chorus:
Girls, don’t leave your stallion at the track - Those nasty mares may not let him come back
Take my advice - It is easy to tell the good from the lame - Because, they don’t all ride the same

A Bad horse and a good horse can be fed for the same
Why not ride a good one instead of the lame

Don’t Spur him to hard or he’ll jump out the gate like a gun
And, he will be sure to finish the race in a dead run

Dear Lord, I pray an angel will carry me on his back
So, I can keep up with him at the race track

Chorus:
Girls, don’t leave your stallion at the track - Those nasty mares may not let him come back
Take my advice - It is easy to tell the good from the lame - Because, they don’t all ride the same

Cowgirls horses with no heart always want to run away
They will tear down your fences and eat all the hay

If you are falling to quickly grab a hold of his mane
And, know exactly when to pull back on the reins

It must be his idea to get caught
But, even the best ones must be taught

There's a Stalker Parked in My Driveway

“There’s a Stalker Parked in My Driveway”

By: Laura Lee Gunter

CHORUS: There’s a stalker parked in my driveway
I got flowers twice already today
He is a not just a smooth talker
He is a multi-personalitied stalker

He calls 20 times a day
He will do anything to get his way

Nothing I do will make him go away
I can run – I can hide – He finds me anyway

He keeps telling me he will change
He says he will quit acting so strange

There is no love to be lost
I want to get rid of him at any cost

CHORUS: There’s a stalker parked in my driveway
I got flowers twice already today
He is a not just a smooth talker
He is a multi-personalitied stalker

He thinks he is the right one for me
He turns my everyday into total misery

He bribes the local police
Yet, he gives lectures on world peace

He smells like a dead trout
That is rotten and needs to be thrown out

Please make him leave me alone
Make him stay gone
