Recently chosen as an outstanding woman of Wilmington's Art history,
this Carolina troubadour packs the musical heat.
From folkie to bluesrock mama to punkstress to guitar guru, McLean has also
produced more hiphop CDs for aspiring NC youth than anyone, and is probably
the Guinness record-holder for number of birthday raps rendered!!
Influenced by the hands of Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix,
and the mouths of Chrissie Hynde, Janis Joplin, and Tina Turner,
and the minds of Tolkien, Vonnegut, Dylan and Ivins!!
Set on the right path at an early age by the Beatles, Motown and Erma Bombeck.
