Born in Fairhope, Alabama, in 1985, the midpoint of the decade of synth and hair band power ballads, Laura learned to sing before she learned to talk. Cutting her musical teeth on the Latin rhythms of Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine and the saxophone solos and electric guitar riffs that ruled the adult contemporary charts of the 1980s, Laura learned early that good music is music that moves you. Over the years, her musical influences have grown to embrace old standards, country, Christian, and jazz. Laura currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
