Hi, my name is Lyndsi L. Hicks. I am currently 15 yrs old. (D.o.b. 6-1-92). I reside in Ashburn, VA. My passion for music began at the age of 2 when my parents built a music studio. Whenever they couldn’t find me, I was always in that room with a pair of headsets and microphone in hand!

Singing has always been a joy and sense of peace within me. At the age of 9, I sang at my mother’s wedding. At the age of ten, I was honored to sing the National Anthem at a National Competitive Cheerleading Competition in front of thousands of people. I began entering talent shows at my elementary and middle schools where I did very well! I was always asked to sing at my cheerleading banquets, which was an honor. I have also sung at a lot of funerals.

Where I live we have a show called “Village Fest”, where I would open up with the National Anthem. My most memorable moment in singing was when I met my vocal coach “Miss Juanita Williams” who helped me go on to win the title of the “Dulles Town Center Teen Idol”!!, Where I won a lot of good prizes. One was I was honored once again to sing the National Anthem for the National Police Dept at the "Liberty Fest" held here in Va.

I have began to write my own songs and have began a lot of hard work in the studio, one place I love to be!! My prayer is that one-day the world will be able to hear feel and get a positive message to what I am expressing through my music. Last, but not least I would like to thank God for all that I accomplished so far in my life. I also want to especially thank my mom, dad, Grandparents and “Miss Juanita”; I love you all very much.
