Scottish Sensation Lauren Tilly is wowing audiences in her homeland with her energy charged performances, and passionate vocals.

Now 21, Lauren, from Tillicoultry, started singing at just nine and over the years she has done her fair share of sweeping floors, whilst learning her craft. She stills helps out at a stage school, Stageworx in Stirling, to this day with the younger children.

She grew up listening to Whitney Houston, Mary J Blige, Mariah Carey, Pink and Destiny’s Child, all essential in arriving at the sound that she has today.

Lauren signed with Feel 2 Good Records in 2006 and as she says “Getting together with F2G was such a timely thing, I had an idea of the kind of music that I wanted to make and after they saw me and were interested, things just really worked out”.
“As soon as we heard Lauren sing we knew we had something special”, says F2G Recordz MD Dennis Greene. “We put her together with our songwriters and together they came up with a great album.”
“I enjoy writing songs about the things that interest me“ adds Lauren who co-wrote 5 of the songs on the album. “We were all on the same wavelength so the songs just flowed“. The album also features new talent Rezevoir Dogg, Wariyah and Renell.

Following her television appearances in Scotland, Lauren has become accustomed to more media attention. She has been front page news in the Scottish press, the subject of a 2 page article in the News of the World, and photographed in No.1 magazine. Lauren was also one of the support acts on the Lloyd Banks tour of the UK earlier this year.

Lauren is also part of the Scottish bid for the 2014 Commonwealth games and will feature in photo-calls to promote the Scottish bid as well as performing at events surrounding the bid.

Lauren is now looking to make an impact on an even bigger stage having just completed her debut album ‘Desire’, to be released in October 2007. She is about to embark on a UK promotional tour which will involve some acoustic gigs, radio shows, and personal appearances. You can visit Lauren online, and listen to tracks taken from Desire at and
