Bio
Lauren Ashley Bishop is a comedian & writer & performer & dog lover from Arkansas that lives in Los Angeles. She travels all over the country telling jokes & has done 4 tours overseas performing for the troops. She contributes to Weekend Update on Saturday Night Live, writes for someecards, & was named a Best Up & Coming Comic by Campus Activities Magazine, everyone's favorite periodical. She tweets under the handle @sbellelauren & has been named as one of the funniest tweeters by such lovely people as the Huffington Post, National Lampoon, and two years in a row has made Paste Magazine's top 100 twitter accounts of the year. In her former life she was a musical theatre actress, performing in Second City's Romeo & Juliet Musical at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre & The National Broadway Tour of Scrooge starring Richard Chamberlain. You may also have seen her on television on Comedy Central's Tosh.0, the Travel Channel's new show Exposed!, or harassing women in the streets & in malls to try Babybel cheese. You should really have some, it's delightful.
