Laurie Story has been writing and performing songs her whole life. Known as the "Mother Goose Rapper" with children and families, she blends her music with her rhyming, illustrated storybooks. Laurie Story also writes and performs songs of the soul for a more "grown up" audience. She is a powerhouse with the drum singing songs that have a Native American feel like "We Are One" and she will take you on a roller coaster of emotions with contemporary commentary songs like "Yuppie Guppy" and "Childless Mother."
