"Sunset On The Bridge To Raise Money For Charity"

Only once a year is driving replaced by dining and dancing on the Ocean-to-Ocean Bridge.

The Fort Yuma Rotary Club creates Sunset on the Bridge with good food and live music to enjoy and a good cause to support - all with a unique view.

Sunset on the Bridge holds the distinction of being the only local event that takes place up on Yuma's historic bridge.

This year's event, which benefits Arizona's Children Association, is set for Saturday, April 25.

The evening will begin with cocktails, followed by a dinner prepared by Texas Roadhouse. The String Ambassadors, a group of young classical musicians, will perform during the meal.

The evening will conclude with dancing and music, the latter being provided by Leavin' Ruston, a local band.

Bio

If the crowds not on their feet they will be when Leavin Ruston hits the stage!! These guys are what "live music" is all about. The energy on stage is phenomenal and the music is there to back it up. With Killer guitar licks and 4 part harmony these guys know how to put on a show!!!

These guys have shared the stage with Little Big Town, Grethen Wilson, Craig Morgan, Cowboy Troy, Joe Diffie, Rick Trevino, Eric Heatherly, Merle Haggard, Jo Dee Messina, Sammy Kershaw, Lorri Morgan, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, to name a few (not to mention several stints on the main stage at Country Thunder USA). As well as working class bars to high profile clubs and casinos.

This group of musicians has over 95 years of professional music experience between them.

Leavin Ruston has a sound that is a cross between Chris LeDoux and AC/DC. Hard Country Rock with a few buckle shiners thrown in sums it up. Leavin Ruston's music is as scorching as the city they hail from, Yuma, Arizona
