How about booking a performer who is a contributor for "The Onion" and whos also a stand-up comic, having headlined nearly 400 colleges nationwide? His name is Lee Camp, and hes young, affordable, and funny as H-E-L well, you know.
If you havent heard of Lee, you will soon. He starred in Comedy Centrals Fresh Debate 08 and was recently interviewed on ABCs Good Morning America. He has also been featured on MTV, SpikeTV, E! network, PBSs special Make Em Laugh, and even "Law & Order: SVU."
Besides having contributed to The Onion, hes also a staff humor writer for The Huffington Post and the author of Neither Sophisticated Nor Intelligent: A College Humorists Take On Life.
Lee Camp even had a role in Gwyneth Paltrows directorial debut a Sundance Film Festival short comedy film entitled Dealbreaker.
Fan of The Daily Show? Well, Daily Show correspondent John Oliver invited Lee to do comedy on his hit radio show John Olivers Political Animal. Lee has performed at events that also featured Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, and hes been the opening act for Lewis Black and Jimmy Fallon.
