Bio
Lee Earl McWaters is the one man band , his independent nature is apparent. While working asa solo artist this Oklahoma singer songwriter has opened for John McEuen and Jimmy Ibbotson (Nitty Gritty Dirt Band) and Merle Haggard. His mentor D.C.Minner (www.dcminnerblues.com) has booked Lee over the years at his Dusk till Dawn Blues Festival and the Down Home Blues Club both in Rentiesville, OK. There Lee has played with Kerry Bell, Leon Blue, Tony Mathews, Watermelon Slim, Flash Terry and others. " Learning some from all and much from D.C. and Selby Minner ". Recently he has made a career change by building his "RIG " and moving to the Texas gulf coast . You must see to believe!
