Lee Langdon

Music has been a passion of Lee's since he was a boy. His earliest music memories are watching his father play and sing in a rock band with his uncles, and listening to his mother sing songs around the house like an angel. Melodies filled his head early on. He learned to sing in the home privately (that is very privately, like in his bedroom closet!) and on Sundays and Wednesdays at the church where he attended when growing up in New Jersey. Also, being the younger, he watched his two older talented brothers on the school stage and behind the school stage and knew one day he would also sing in front of people.

Lee attended Harding Universityin Searcy, Arkansas and graduated with a B.A. in Music and a minor in Missions. At the time of graduation it was a strange and presumably hopeless degree combination to have, but doors opened for him time and again to use all of his academic, spiritual and performance training he received at Harding, and then later at Oklahoma Christian University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

For fifteen years now Lee has been leading worship for various churches and performs publicly (mostly in coffee shops) when asked.

Lee's music is written from his heart with a constant underlying message of practical faith. He asks questions and gives answers in his music about who God truly is, what is real personal faith about, what does faith look like in action, and he addresses positive aspects of family life. Lee has served as a full time youth minister/pastor for over ten years and draws on his experience and biblical study to bring people to a closer relationship with God through his music.
