Unfortunatly the recording i've made over the years of my own music were not to the standerd that I would want, in order to share me songs with others , i'm changing that !
I have done work for other artists , some radio and tv stuff as well as shows for benifts or projcts such as the Ontario Winter Games , but the only thing I really want anone to know about is my music. In the next few months I will be putting live videos on various web sights like "you tube" to start getting my music out there as well as entering song writing compititions

Bio

I RESIDE IN FERGUS ONT. AND AM APPLYING TO HILLSIDE AS A DUO ACOUSTIC AND OR ADULT CONTEMPORARY ARTIST, THANK-YOU...LEE VINCENT
I grew up in a very musical family, my father, a professor and professional Celtic musician has always encouraged my love of music. I've always had great support by the people around me. From the first time I played piano I instantly started to write songs and when I moved on to learn guitar, it opened a whole new world of song writing. Between the ages of 18-25 I played live music both original and cover music in bars. During this time I only played in one band, “Legacy" with a few different line up's. Unfortunately in the last and best line-up, a couple of the guys decided to grow up and move on, I met the right woman and decided to do the same. I continued to play live and write, but I had a family on the way so I joined a band where the members were in the same situation as myself, we would practice and perform once a month. This is where I met my long time friend and music partner Jamie Niven. This band the "Fallen Angels" were a band of musicians on a much higher calibre than I was used to, and in this band I was not the front man, which allowed me to work on my guitar skills. Some of my best performances were with this band and remained with them for almost 7 yrs. I decided to leave that band in order to solidify my family’s best interests and finish college as an industrial electrician. Towards the end of college I started another band with Jamie Niven a fantastic piano player, it was called "Route 66" .We performed live about once a month, the line-up was two acoustics and a piano .In this band we played almost 50% original and this lasted for about 3 yrs and gave me the idea to start a full band so we could perform the perform the music the way it was meant to be heard. It has been a little slow getting this project off the ground due to everyone’s family commitments but finally Jamie and I have a great band supporting what we've been working towards the last 14yrs.I now own recording studio and started recording a CD of my music with this band "OUT OF KNOWHERE". I am planning on performing these songs as a solo & duo performer as well as with my band in order to remain versatile and be able to reach a wide range of people. I've been very lucky to have some very talented guys come on board and lend their abilities to this band. Joining myself and Jamie, there is Tim Quigly on guitar, Josh Ginac on bass and Dylan Dippel on drums. I think that what separates my music from others is that because I’ve been writing and performing for as long as some of the great bands of the last couple decades, just as they've developed their own style and sound so have I. People tell me one of the things they like is that it doesn't sound like anyone else. I'm excited like a kid at Christmas about the future for me and my music because there is little pressure , everything I'm doing is for fun these days , the way it was when I first started playing and writing in my parents basement. I owe my wife a debt of gratitude for supporting my musical quest all these years ,it allows me to leave behind a part of me in this world forever!
