Legal Dope 63 was established in 2007 by Killa Jice,and RaySebr, formally members of a group called "OuttaSight63", which took the city of San Antonio by storm. Legal Dope is making the same noise with more knowledge to the game and experience. They are consistently working on new singles and mix tapes now going on the 7th called "Consistent Plug"
