"There is a lot about this that I really like. The arrangements are unique. The vocalist has a distinctive haunting quality.”

“Incredibly creative and imaginative arrangement.”

"Laura’s lovely haunted Beth Gibbons/Nico warm smoke voice has a sneaky magical time delay and now I can’t get ‘Saturday’ and ‘Morning Overground’ out of my head. These three won't be playing pubs for long, check out the sublime melody and the crafted subtleties of Laura and the skewed filmic wonder of fellow L.O.F’s Russ and Adam on www.myspace.com/legendsofflight.”
- Paul Simpson, Wild Swans / Teardrop Explodes

“The strong and seductive voice of Laura Campbell who sang with Mulu in the 1990’s, ably accompanied by Russ and Adam. Carrying shades of Eddi Reader, Laurie Anderson, Tracey Thorn and others she delivers slick harmonies on ‘Morning Overground’. New wave, lounge, pop music from this band who formed in 2007.”

“I liked ‘Saturday’ and ‘Keep On’ but my favourite track was the more expansive and rockier ‘Conker Boy’ with its psychedelic-grungy backing which gave the sound a harder grimier edge. A band with a future I think.” - Paul Nixon (myspace)

"I have also been featuring some early demos from new band, Legends of Flight. Featuring Russ Dilnot, Adam Sloan and Laura Campbell - the voice behind Liverpool band Mulu, who released an amazing album, Smiles Like A Shark, back in '97. The sound is different from Mulu, but, even at this stage, these works showcasing Campbell's alluring vocal are promising." - www.liverpool.com

Russ starts this one off with a solid Fleetwood macish Tusk circa 78/79/80...?BEAT... and then Adam gives it B52's Rockabilly twangtastic guitars...which is so very V E R Y....and also...within earshot....is all manner of galactic sound FX....Vocals from the lovely as ever.....guitars and keys together... Ladies and Gentlemen Miss Laura Campbell......Good and Evil indeed.....i loves it.....10/10.....Dayo's Deli... - Gary Daly, China Crisis / The Visionary Midset Experience
