Legion of Ape began in a damp squib...er, shed....back in 2007 when brothers Brian and James Edwards decided to put their musical abilities to the test and wake the neighbours. In 2008, the Legion were joined on bass by Leigh Fitzpatrick, following the departure of original member, John Quinn. Well-known in the Dublin area after regular appearances in the darkest corners of the gig circuit, their highlight so far came with a slot at Glastonbury 2008 (The Leftfield Stage). Legion of Ape are currently gearing up to release their debut single 'Decelerator'.
