Bio
I have been writing songs in my head all my life, but physically writing songs since I was 14 (I am now almost 22). I started to pursue my music career academically, studying at New College Durham and then onto Salford University for a degree. But even after all the book reading, essay writing and being graded for live performances I still did not feel satisfied. That was until I decided to take everything into my own hands in November 2011 and pour all my concentration and emotions into a solo career. Since then I have gigged as much as possible in Manchester/Salford and I even got the fantastic opportunity to play The Cockpit, Leeds. My writing is higher than ever, my current songs are going from strength to strength and I feel very happy with my achievements so far yet I still feel I am only savouring a slice of satisfaction.
Nevertheless, I am now starting to feel very comfortable with who I am as an artist. I have my influences for inspiration, including Bjork, Blackie Lawless and very recently Ellie Goulding.
