Leine also plays in a duo called Kirke (listen at www.kirke.nl) and they released a cd in 1999 called 'Kirke's Island', and an EP in 2003 called 'November'.
Hopefully later this year Leine will have her own EP ready.

In Leine's sweet guitarsongs one discovers the influences of jazz and bossa nova from her childhood. Her warm jazzy voice creates an intimate atmosphere, using lyrics that express her amazement about this world. Leine wants to touch the listenener in her own charming way.
She loves to listen to: Billie Holiday, Stan Getz, Miles Davis, Django Reinhardt, Jeff Buckley, Feist, Brown Feather Sparrow (a really nice Dutch band, www.brownfeathersparrow.com), Spinvis (also Dutch), Sufjan Stevens, Tom Waits.
Andrew Bird is her latest love: he often makes her cry.
