It almost started off more like a dream than a real band. The name actually came in a dream the night following a day where the two then founding members (and neighbours) had been talking about life and music during and after an 'Épluchette de blé d'Indes!' on their street in Sainte-Thérèse. They talked about the magic of summer vacation and dreamed of the future. Lemonade was a symbol of that freedom we had said... The feeling never stopped from then!
The next years were like a laboratory in the basement of the home where Simon and Jordan, brothers, lived. We played countless hours of either music or hockey.
Our first shows were a mix of our songs and of covers like Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Bohemian Rhapsody, Stairway To Heaven and Just. We all ended up together in Montreal around two years ago and started playing a lot of shows. Last year, we played Casa, Sala, Petit Campus, Café Chaos, Zoobizarre, Hémisphère, Bar St-Laurent and others.
We are now working on finishing an Internet Site, have plans for a second videoclip and mostly we want to play!!! We're also exploring new songs and musical ideas.
