"Mink's Diverse Past Brings Eclectic Mix"

"Listening to Lenny Mink's music is akin to packing one's bags and hitting the open road for destinations unknown. With a freedom of style seldom seen in commercial music artists, Mink travels seamlessly between classic rock and roll, blues, jazz, gypsy folk and honky tonk." — Deborah Wolfe, The Lake Today - LakeToday

Bio

Lenny Mink - the leader of the tribe. A musical citizen of the world...born in the former Soviet Union and raised in America, Lenny's musical and cultural roots are far-flung. His versatility as a musician and songwriter is a nexus of classic rock and roll, jazz, gypsy folk, and the American heartland sound. "The Lost and Found" are a potent ensemble of talented musicians and singers (and songwriters in their own right!), along with frequent special guests. Five singers in the band make for incredible variety in the set lists, and this band can really put on a beautiful show. Each member is profiled below.

THE TRIBE:

Koffee Taylor: A whirlwind force of singing and dancing energy, and her presence on stage is awe-inspiring. She spreads her wings as a longtime collaborator and singing companion, as well as a songwriter. Her mother sang with the likes of Ike Turner, Albert King, and others. Got soul?

Sara Allison: "Wow" is most common expression people say when they first hear Sara sing. Her superior range, beauty, and unique style solicit comparisons to modern masters such as Edie Brickell and Bjork, and the greats of yesterday such as Etta James.

Kendell Bellamy: A trained drummer whose father played in the Army band, Kendell can be a locomotive racing down the track, or a quiet whisper fluttering. Dynamics, great taste, and superior skill blend together perfectly in his playing.

Dustin Ivey: The quintessential all-around musician, Dustin originally trained as a jazz saxophonist and was soon recruited as the bass player in the high school band. Although he plays bass in The Lost and Found, he is also a well versed and extremely skilled guitarist.
